RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE PUNTALINAO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY PUNTALINAO, MUNICIPALITY OF BANAYBANAY, PROVINCE OF DAVAO ORIENTAL, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for school site purposes under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Puntalinao, Municipality of Banaybanay, Province of Davao Oriental, Island of Mindanao, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (Lot No. 2, MR — 112502-000026, Amd.) situated in Barangay Puntalinao, Municipality of Banaybanay, Province of Davao Oriental, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the North-North East along line 1-2-3-4 by Davao Gulf; on the South along lines 4-5-6-7-8-9 by National Highway (60.00 meters wide); on the West along line 9-1 by Lot 1 of plan MR-112502-000026, Amd. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 55 deg. 45’W., 14,967.29 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad-353-D, thence: .

No cutting of trees or clump of trees shall be allowed without clearance from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources. The development, construction, use and/or operation of any facility that may be established within the parcel of land shall be subjected to environmental control and management. As such an initial Environmental Examination or Environmental Impact Assessment, whichever is applicable, shall be required to any development/construction of the area. The strip of forty (40) meters of the area along Davao Gulf shall be preserved as bank protection.
