BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 410

DECLARING SATURDAY, 17 FEBRUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KABASALAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY

WHEREAS, Saturday, 17 February 2018, marks the celebration of the 81" Founding Anniversary of the Municipality of Kabasalan, Zamboanga Sibugay; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Kabasalan, Zamboanga Sibugay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 17 February 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Kabasalan, Zamboanga Sibugay.
