MALACANANG RESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 412 DECLARING' THE PERIOD FROM DECEMBER 6 TO 12, 1965, AS SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY WEEK AND CREATING A COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARG~. OF ITS OBSERVANCE-. In order to give impetus to the role of science in the development of the country, I, Diosdado lVlacapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare the period from December 6 to 12, 1965, as Science and Technology Week to be observed throughout the country in schools, colleges and universities, with appropriate ceremonies, un­ der the sponsorship of the National Science Development Board.
