RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare as Civil Reservation for Campsite of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, Eastern Samar Council, acertair. parcel of land of the public domain locateJ in the Municipality of Salcedo, Prbvince of E,astern Samar, contain- ing an area of approximately 98.00 hectares, as shown and described in C.R. I. The administration and management-, of the area covered by the reservation shall be under the Bo).' Scouts of the Philippines in coordlnation with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources. For this purpose, a five-year development plan shall be submitt,d to the Office of the Presldent of the Philippines by the SecretaryGeneral, BSP, within one (1) year from the approval hereof, furnishing the Department of Environment and Natura Resources and Forest Management Bureau with copies thereof. 2. The extraction and utilization of timber and other forest products'remaining in the a!"ea shall be subject to Forest and Internal Revenue Laws and Regulations; and 3. In the event that the aJ.ea is no longer needed for the purpose stted, or its development has already been abandoned for a period of two (2) years, ttlis proclamation is automatically withdrawn, revoked, or cancelled and the subject area regains its original. status as part and parcel of the forest land.
