DECLARING THE HINULUGAN TAKTAK NATIONAL PARK SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANTIPOLO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL AS A PROTECTED AREA PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT 7586 (NIPAS ACT

OF 1992) AND SHALL BE KNOWN AS HINULUGANG TAKTAK PROTECTED LANDSCAPE

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the powers vested upon me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby set aside and declare Hinulugang Taktak National Park consisting of a parcel of land situated in the City of Antipolo, Province of Rizal as Protected Area under the category of a Protected Landscape, subject to private rights if any, as described in DENR NIPAS Map RO4-A-6.

The Hinulugang Taktak Protected Landscape begins at point marked “1” on the plan, being N 44 degrees 41’E, 1089.15 from B.L.L.M. 1, map of Antipolo, Rizal,

This area shall be under the administrative jurisdiction of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) through the Protected Areas and Wildlife Bureau and shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of the NIPAS Act of 1992.
