BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 412

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 20 JUNE 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAAL, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Taal, Batangas, marks’ the commemoration of the 40" year of the Church of Lipa as a Metropolitan See within the Archdiocese of Lipa on Wednesday, 20 June 2012;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Taal, Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, 20 June 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Taal, Batangas.
