BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 412

DECLARING MONDAY, 26 FEBRUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA

WHEREAS, Monday, 26 February 2018, marks the celebration of the 81°! Charter Anniversary of the City of Zamboanga; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Zamboanga be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 26 February 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Zamboanga.
