MALACANANG RESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 413 DECLARING FRIDAY, JULY 30, 1965, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF PAM­ PANGA AND THE CITY OF ANGELES. WHEREAS, the seventy-eighth birthday of the late Honorio Ventura, former governor of Pampanga and Secretary of the Interior, outstanding philanthropist and exemplary pub­ lic servant, falls on July 30, 1965; and WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that thp. people of Pam­ panga, whom he loved so well and for whom he did so much, should be afforded an opportunity to celebrate the event with appropriate ceremonies; Now, 'l'HEREFORE, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the authority vested in me by Section 30 of the Revised AdmInistrative Code, do hereby declare Friday, July 30, 1965, as a special public. holiday in the Province of Pampanga and City.of Angeles.
