Manila Mf.IJ "b/ BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 114 ESTABLISHING AS ARGAO RIVER WATERSHED RESERVE 'OR PURPOSES OF PROTECTING, M.'\INTAINING, OR IMPROVING ITS WATER YIELD AND PROVIDING RESTRAINING MECHANISM AGAINST INAPPROPRIATE FOREST EXPLOITATION AND DISRUPTIVE' LAND- USE, A PORTION OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN LOCATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF ARGAO AND DALAGUETE, PROVINCE OF CEBU, PHILIPPINES Upon reconuendation of the Secretary of Environment andNatural Resources and pl1rsuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V.
