BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 414

DECLARING FRIDAY, 26 JANUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CADIZ

WHEREAS, on Friday, 26 January 2018, the City of Cadiz, Negros Occidental marks the celebration of its 44” Dinagsa Festival, and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cadiz be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 26 January 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Cadiz.
