PROCLAMATION NO. 414

DECLARING FRIDAY, 12 JANUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF VALENCIA, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON

WHEREAS, on 12 January 2024, Friday, the City of Valencia, Province of Bukidnon will mark the celebration of its 23" Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City Valencia be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 12 January 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Valencia, Province of Bukidnon.
