RESERVING FOR TOWN EXPANSION SITE PURPOSES OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF MATNOG A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN LOCATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MATNOG, PROVINCE OF SORSOGON, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or any other forms or disposition and reserve for Town Expansion Site purposes, under the administration of Municipality of Matnog, Province of Sorsogon, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Matnog, Province of Sorsogon, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

A PARCEL OF LAND, (as shown on the Sketch Plan), situated in the Municipality of Matnog, Province of Luzon. Bounded on the S. and SW. along line 1-2 by Msi-056212-000023-D, along lines 2-3-4 by Lot 2, Psu-247411, on the NW and N. along lines 4-5 by Provincial Road 20.00 m. wide, along lines 5-6-7-8 by Lot 1, Psu- 247411, along lines 8-9 by Provincial Road 20.00 m. wide, along lines 9-10-11-12 by Msi-056212-000024-D, along lines 12-13 by Provincial Road 20.00 m. wide, along lines 13-14-15-16-17 by Lot 2618, Pls-661-D along line 17-18 by lot 2616, Pls-661-D, along lines 18-19-20 by Lot 2615, Pls-661-D, line 20-21 by lot 2614, Pls-661-D, and along 21- 22 by Lot 2612, Pls-661-D, on the N. and NE. along lines 22-23-24 by the remaining portion of Cn.F. The parcel of land covered by this proclamation is subject to final survey and delineation on the ground pursuant to the Manual for Land Surveys in the Philippines.

The tract of land herein reserved shall be developed and utilized for tourism, bus terminal, government resettlement and government site purposes for the benefit of the

inhabitants and Local Government of Matnog, subject to existing land use and environmental laws and regulations.
