PROCLAMATION NO. 415
DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JULY 23, 2003 AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN BATANGAS CITY
WHEREAS, Wednesday, July 23, 2003, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of Batangas City;
WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of Batangas City be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
_ NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, July 23, 2003, as a special (non-working) day in Batangas City.
