RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 827, dated July 16, 1935, byexpand- ing its coverage to include certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of penablanca, Province of Cagayan, embracing the cave ecosystems therein.
