BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 416

DECLARING FRIDAY, JULY 4, 2003 AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN CADIZ CITY

WHEREAS, Friday, July 4, 2003, marks the 36” Charter Day anniversary of Cadiz City;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of Cadiz City be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, July 4, 2003 as a special (non-working) day in Cadiz City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
