BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 416

DECLARING SATURDAY, 10 FEBRUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LAOAG

WHEREAS. on Saturday, 10 February 2018, the City of Laoag, Ilocos Norte marks the celebration of the Pamulinawen Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Laoag be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 10 February 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Laoag.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
