PROCLAMATION NO, 417

DECLARING FRIDAY, JULY 1, 1994, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN DIPOLOG CITY

WHEREAS, Friday, July 1, 1994, marks the 8lst Foundation Anniversary of the City of Dipolog;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of Dipolog City be given the opportunity to celebrate this mile- stone in their history.

NOW, THEREFORE, I; FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book IL, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administra- tive Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, July 1, 1994, as a special day in Dipolog City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my _ hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
