RESERVING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE GOVERNMENT FOR HOUSING SITE PURPOSES LOCATED IN BARANGAY CAMP TINIO, CABANATUAN CITY, ISLAND OF LUZON AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN FOR DISPOSITION IN FAVOR OF THE AFP PERSONNEL AND ACTUAL OCCUPANTS THEREOF

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for housing site purposes, certain parcels of land of the government containing an aggregate area of THREE HUNDRED FORTY NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY NINE (349,159) SQUARE METERS, more or less, located in Barangay Camp Tinio, Cabanatuan City, Province of Nueva Ecija, Island of Luzon and declaring the same open for disposition in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 3038 in favor of the AFP personnel and the actual occupants thereof, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to actual ground survey, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:

The Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC), in coordination with) the Local Government of Cabanatuan City and the Presidential Commission on Urban Poor shall administer the allocation of the area in favor of the bonafide beneficiaries.

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources shall dispose the property in favor of the bonafide beneficiaries.
