BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 418

DECLARING SATURDAY, 09 DECEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BURGOS, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, on 09 December 2023, Saturday, the Municipality of Burgos, Province of Ilocos Norte will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Burgos be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 09 December 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Burgos, Province of Ilocos Norte.
