RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 547, dated April 5, 1990, which reserved for government center sitepurposes certain parcels of land of the private domain of the government situated in Lahug, Cebu City, and reserved the same for building site purposes of the Department of Science and Technology subject to private rights, if any there be, which portion is more pa'l:"ticularly described as follows: "A parcel of land (Lot 1033-A, of the subdivisionplan, SWO-07-002124, being a portion of LOT 1033, Bani1ad Estate), situated in the Barangay of Lahug, City of Cebu, Island of Cebu. Bounded on the SW.,NW., & NE., along lines 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 by Lot 1033-B, of the subdivision plan; on the SE., & NE., along lines 10-11-12-13-14 by a River; and on the SW., along lines 14-15-16-1 by Lot 1033-B, of the subdivi- sion plan.
