BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 42

DECLARING THURSDAY, 1 SEPTEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- ' WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON

WHEREAS, Thursday, 1 September 2016, marks the 102" Foundation Day of the Province of Bukidnon;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bukidnon be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, i, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Execuiive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 1 September 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bukidnon.
