BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.421

DECLARING TUESDAY, 27 FEBRUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS

WHEREAS, on Tuesday, 27 February 2018, the City of General Santos marks its 79" Founding Anniversary and the 29" Kalilangan Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 27 February 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
