DECLARING SATURDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2000, AS A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY IN PASAY CITY

WHEREAS, Saturday, December 2, 2000, marks the 137th Foundation Day anni- versary of Pasay City;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the residents of Pasay City be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book L Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Saturday, December 2, 2000, as a special working holiday in Pasay City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
