BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.422

DECLARING FRIDAY, 02 MARCH 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF LA UNION

WHEREAS, Friday, 02 March 2018, marks the celebration of the 168" Founding Anniversary of the Province of La Union; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of La Union, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 02 March 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of La Union.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
