WHEREAS, the period from June 1 to July 15, 1965, has been set aside for the seventeenth annual fund campaign of the Community Chest of Greater Manila under Procla­ mation No. 401, dated May 19, 1965; and W}IEREAS, said·organization needs more time for the successful prosecution of the campaign; Now, THEREFORE, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the period for the seven­ teenth annual fund campaign of the Community Chest of Greater Manila up to August 15, 1965. Upon the recommendation of the Governor of the Land Authority and pursuant to the provisions of Section 51 of Republic Act No. 3844, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for settlement and development purposes, under the administration and dis­ po.sition of the Land Authority and subject to existing rights, if any there be, and to future classification and survey, and to the condition that the timber and other forest products therein,as well as the use and occupancy of the area indicated as timber land or forest reserve, shall remain under the administration and control of the Bureau of Forestry in accordance with forest'laws and regulations, four (4) parcels of land of the public domain Isituated in the mUI}icipalities of Bongao and Balimbing, province of Sulu, and more particularly described as follows: Parcel I A parcel of land (Project 8, Block V, alienable and disposable) as shown in attached plan, and more particularly described as Proj­ ect 8, Block V, alianable and disposable in L. C. Map 1116, con~ taining an area of Seven Thousand Sixty Seven and Two Tenths (7,067.2) Hectares. Parcel II A parcel of land (Project, 8, Block V, alienable and disposable) as shown in attached plan, and more particularly described as Proj­ ect 8, Block V, alienable and disposable in L. C. Map 1116, con­ taining an area of Four Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty~Eight and Eight Tenths (4,748.8) Hectares. Parcel III A parcel of land (Project 8-A, Block 1, alienable and di:;;posable), as shown in attached pian and more particularly described as Proj­ ect 8-A, Block 1, alienable and disposable, in L. C. Map 1463, con­ taining an area of Four Hundred and Eight (408) Hectares. Parcel IV A parcel of land (Project 6-A, Block 1, alienable and disposable), as shown in attached plim, more particularly described as Proj­ ect 6-A, Block 1, alienable and disiJo::mble in L. C. Map' 1463, con­ taining an area of Three Thousand One Hundred and Sixteen (3,116) Hectares. (Note: Technical descriptions of the four (4) parcels could be found in L. C. Map 1116 and 1463 and are subject to change to conform with final survey.) The administration previously exercised by the defunct National Resettlement and Rehabilitation Administration (NARRA) over the above-described parcels of land is hereby acknowledged and confirmed. t: .
