PROCLAMATION NO. 423

RESERVING FOR PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT CENTER SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF DIPOLOG, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for provincial government center site purposes, under the administration of the Provincial Governor of Zamboanga del Norte, a parcel of land of the public domain situated in the City of Dipolog, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, Island of Mindanao, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:

LOT NO. 700, Cad-85

A Parcel of Land (Lot No. 700, Cad-85) situated in the City of Dipolog, Zamboanga del Norte, Island ;of Mindanao. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Calle Sahtiago; on the NW., along line 2-3 by Lot 699, Cad-85, along: line 3-4 hy Lot 695, Cad-85; on the NE., along line 4-5 by Lot 697, Cad- 85; on the SE., along line 5-1 by Calle Procession. Beginning at a point marked "1" of Lot 700, Cad-85, being S. 22-07 E., 288.13 m. from. BLLM No. 2, Cad-85;

Thence N. 79-20 W., 13.19 m. to point 2; Thence N. 14-06 E., 36.39 m. to point 3; Thence N. 6-56 E., 9.93 m. to point 4; Thence 8. 75-51 E., 15.02 m. to point 5; Thence S. 14-52 W., 45.44 m. to point 1;

point of beginning, containing an area of SIX HUNDRED AND TWENTY THREE (623) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by B.L. Cyl.
