PROCLAMATION NO. 423

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 28 FEBRUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ESCALANTE, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, Wednesday, 28 February 2018, marks the celebration of the Charter Anniversary of the City of Escalante, Negros Occidental; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Escalante, Negros Occidental, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 28 February 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Escalante, Negros Occidental.
