MALACANANG RESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILiPPINES MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 424 AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 59 DATED MAY 9, 1936, ESTABLISHING THE MT. APO NAT10NAL PARK BY EXCLUDING FROM ITS OPERATION CERTAIN PORTION OF THE NATIONAL PARK FOR AGRICULTURAL PURPOSES. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agricul~ ture and Natural Resources, I, Diosdado Macapagal, Pres~ ident of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. '5'9 dated May 9, 1936, which established the Mt. Apo National Park, by excluding from its operation ,a certain portion of the land embraced' therein situated in the Municipality of Kidapawan, Province of Cotabato, and declare the same open to disposition under the Provisions of the Public Land Act, which portion of land is more particularly described as follows: Sa-V-1608-D (Meliton R..
