BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 424

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 07 MARCH 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BASILAN

WHEREAS, Wednesday, 07 March 2018, marks the celebration of the 44" Founding Anniversary of the Province of Basilan: and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Basilan, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 07 March 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Basilan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
