Pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, Diosc1ado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby ·with­ draw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Palawan Agricultural College five thousand (5,000) hectares of the land reserved under Executive Order No. 33, dated June 25, 1912, as non-Christian settlement, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey, which shall form an integral part of this proclamation, In witness \,hereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
