DECLARING THURSDAY, 30 AUGUST 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MANDAUE
WHEREAS, the City of Mandaue marks its 43 Charter Day anniversary on Thursday, 30 August 2012:
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Mandaue be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
