BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 426

DECLARING SATURDAY, 17 FEBRUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MALOLOS, PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS. on Saturday, 17 February 2018, the City of Malolos, Bulacan, marks the birth anniversary of Teodulo Capili Natividad; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Malolos, Bulacan, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies,

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 17 February 2018. as a special (non-working) day in the City of Malolos, Bulacan.
