Proclamation No. 428, s. 1994

MALACANANG MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 428 DECLARING TUESDAY, AUGUST 2, CITY OF BUTUAN 1994, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE WHEREAS, the 2nd of August 1994, marks the 44th Charter Anniversary of the City of Butuan; WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Butuan be given the opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the provisions of Section 27, Chapter 7, Book I of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, August 2, 1994, as a Srecial Day in the City of Butuani IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
