WHEREAS, the 595th anniversary foundation of the City Apila falls on June 24, 1965; and
» WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of Menila be ven ample opportunity to celebrate the event with Prropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MAROOS, President of nals Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers ested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, June 24, 066, as a special public holiday in the Gity of Manila.
