RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby call the Congress of the Philippines to a Special Session on September 17 and 18, 1992 to consider and enact the billentitled: \ I "An 'Act Appropriating The Sum of Ten Billion Pesos (PIO,OOO,OOO,OOO.OO) for the Aid, Relief, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Services To Persons and Areas Affected and Further 'Repair and Reconstruction of Government Infrastructures Damaged or Destroyed, by the Eruption of Mt. pinatubo in Central Luzon."
