DECLARING MONDAY, 5 SEPTEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS

WHEREAS, on Monday, 5 September 2016, of the City of General Santos marks the celebration of its 48 Charter Day and 18" Tuna Festival:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, 1, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do

hereby declare Monday, 5 September 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos.
