PROCLAMATION NO. 43

DECLARING SATURDAY, 03 SEPTEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR

WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 5261 which was approved on 15 June 1968 created the City of Iriga;

WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 453, series of 1968 designated 03 September 1968 as the formal organization of the City of lriga;

WHEREAS, on 03 September 2022, Saturday, the City of lriga, Province of Camarines Sur, will mark the celebration of its 54° Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Iriga be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, VICTOR D. RODRIGUEZ, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 03 September 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Iriga.
