f1r'" 1;20.s- MALACANAN G Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 430 AUTHORIZING ANEW REHABILITATION CAMPAIGN FOR J THE PHILIPPINE FOUNDATION FOR THE OF DISABLED TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND~ PERIOD OF ONE YEAR WHEREAS, the authority of the Philippine Foundation for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled (PFRD) to conduct a national fund campaign was extended under Proclamation No. 716, datedApril 22, 1991; WHEREAS, the PFRD needs additional time to enable it to effectively realize its laudable objectives; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of thePhilippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Philippine Foundation for the Rehabilitation of Disabled to conduct a national fund campaignfor a period of one year effective upon the promulgation of this Proclamation. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and causedthe seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
