EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 423, DATED 12 JULY 1957, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE MILITARY RESERVATION NOW KNOWN AS FORT ANDRES BONIFACIO, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF TAGUIG AND PATEROS, AND THE CITIES OF PARANAQUE, PASIG AND PASAY, BY EXCLUDING A PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT (DILG), FOR OFF-BASE HOUSING USE OF THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE (PNP)

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 423, dated 12 July 1957, which established the Fort Andres Bonifacio Military Reservation, situated in the Municipalities of Taguig and Pateros, and the Cities of Parafiaque, Pasig and, Pasay, a certain portion of land embraced therein and reserve the same, subject to final survey, under the administration of the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), for off-base housing use of the Philippine National Police (PNP), which portion is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND, being a portion of survey plan CCN-00-000059, situated in Lower Bicutan, Taguig, bounded on the North by Quezon Avenue, on the East by the National Capital Region Police Office (Camp Bagong Diwa) and Rehabilitation Center-NCR (Narcotics Group), on the South by Maulin Creek, and on the West by PUP Compound. Beginning at point 1, being S. 25 — 35 W, 4725.76 m. from B.L.L.M. No. 1, Taguig - CadM-590-D,
