BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 431

DECLARING SATURDAY, 26 MAY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALIWAG, PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, Saturday, 26 May 2018, marks the celebration of the Charter Anniversary of the Municipality of Baliwag, Bulacan; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Baliwag, Bulacan, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 26 May 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Baliwag, Bulacan.
