PROCLAMATION NO. 431

DECLARING FRIDAY, 02 FEBRUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR

WHEREAS, on 02 February 2024, Friday, the Province of Ilocos Sur will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary (Kannawidan Festival);

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Ilocos Sur be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 02 February 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Ilocos Sur.
