DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 2003, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA

WHEREAS, Wednesday, September 3, 2003, marks the 35" Charter Foundation anniversary;

WHEREAS, the people of the City of Iriga should be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with fitting ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, September 3, 2003, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Iriga. ,

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
