BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.433

DECLARING THURSDAY, 08 MARCH 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY

WHEREAS, Thursday, 08 March 2018, marks the 20” Founding Anniversary and the 117"” Bulawan Festival of the Province of Compostela Valley; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Compostela Valley be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 08 March 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Compostela Valley.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
