DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 1 AUGUST 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF COMPOSTELA, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY
WHEREAS, Wednesday, 1 August 2012, marks the 64'" Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Compostela, Province of Compostela Valley:
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Compostela, Compostela Valley be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO lil, do hereby declare Wednesday, 1 August 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Compostela, Province of Compostela Valley.
