BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.435

DECLARING THURSDAY, 22 MARCH 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MALAYBALAY, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON

WHEREAS, Thursday, 22 March 2018 marks the celebration of the 20" Charter Anniversary of the City of Malaybalay, Bukidnon; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Malaybalay, Bukidnon, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 22 March 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Malaybalay.
