PROCLAMATION NO. 436

DECLARING TUESDAY, 16 JANUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 16 January 2024, Tuesday, the City of Batangas will mark the celebration of its city fiesta, a day the residents come together to celebrate their heritage and their shared identity as Batanguefios;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batangas be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 16 January 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Batangas.
