BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 437

RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN AS MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT CENTER OF KAPALONG, SITUATED IN BARANGAY MANIKI, MUNICIPALITY OF KAPALONG, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, l, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve a certain parcel of land located in Barangay Maniki, Municipality of Kapalong, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao as Municipal Government Center of Kapalong, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to final survey, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

Lot 112, Cad-284 KAPALONG MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT CENTER

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 112, Cad-284) situated in Barangay Maniki, Municipality of Kapalong, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the N., along line 3-4; on the E., along line 4-1; on the S., along line 1-2; and on the W., along line 2-3, all by Road.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on the plan being S. 70 deg. O9’E., 441.57 m. from BLLM 21, Cad-284, thence:

DUE WEST 123.00 m. to point 2; DUE NORTH 120.00 m. to point 3; DUE EAST 123.00 m. to point 4; DUE SOUTH 120.00 m. to point of beginning,

containing an area of FOURTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY (14,760) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All corners are “PS” cyl. Con. Mons. 15 x 60 cm. Bearings true; Date of original survey: July 1938 to October 1940 executed by Geodetic Engineer F. Biones and approved on December 31, 1942.

The parcel of land herein reserved shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease and other mode of disposition until again declared alienable and dispcsable under the provisions of Commonwealth Act No. 141, otherwise known as the Public Land Act, or by a Presidential Proclamation.
