PROCLAMATION NO. 437

DECLARING THURSDAY, 18 JANUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 18 January 2024, Thursday, the City of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna will mark the celebration of its 232"4 Founding Anniversary and the 25th Sikhayan Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Santa Rosa be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 18 January 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Santa Rosa.
