PROCLAMATION NO. 438

DECLARING FRIDAY, 19 JANUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC, PROVINCE OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, the City of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac will mark the celebration of the 8" Kaisa Festival on 20 January 2024;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Tarlac to fully participate in the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that 19 January 2024, Friday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 20 January which falls on a Saturday;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 19 January 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac.
