-- MALACANAN~ Manila MfA.! l'zIJ BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 439 EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 806, DATED DECEMBER 4, 1961, WHICH RESERVED A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE MINDANAO STATE UNIVERSITY SITUATED IN THE CITY OF MARAWI, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, A CERTAIN PORTION OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR LOW-COST HOUSING SITE FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF THE MINDANAO STATE UNIVERSITY Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment andNatural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of he Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Pr.oclamation No. 806, dated December 4, 1961, which reserved a certain parcel of land of the public domain for school site purposes of the Mindnao State University situated in the City of Marawi, Island of Mindanao, a certain portion of the land embraced therein and reserving the same for low cost housing site for the employees of the Mindanao State University to be under- taken by the National Housing Authority, which portion of land is more particularly described as follows: A PARCEL OF LAND :Lot 5-A of the Subdivision Plan Psd-1273617-020169, being a portion of Lot 5,NR-155-D, Mindanao State University Reservation covered by Special Patent No. 455. Original Cer- tificate of Title No. RP-32 (5) situated in the City of Marawi, Island of Mindanao. along the Bounded on the NE., SE., SW., and NW., line 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-1)-1 by Lot 5-B of Subdivision Plan.
